- The house has a large garden filled with a selection of olive and
fruit trees. To the back of the house is a large area of mainly flat
lawn suitable for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the Gran
Sasso mountains. A footpath leads down the hill to a small stream which
feeds Lago di Penne.
